An introduction I think!
I'm Joe and the aim of this blog is for me to share my travel experiences, reviews and thoughts.
Be warned, I take no prisoners - I expect the best, I make no compromises on customer service, facilities and amenities.
I don't expect to see places cutting corners and I expect to see smiling staff.
I am the harshest critic but I give credit where it's due, if I'm disappointed then you will know about it! But at the same time if I'm happy then I will shout about it from the rooftops.
A few things you should know about me:
- The sound of screaming children goes through me.
- Mistakes happen - how you handle the mistake is what I will judge.
- I hate being bored.
- I see customer service as the be all and end all of a travel experience.
- The little things make all the difference.
